What Our Customers Are Saying

“Our friends told us how lovely Hidden Acres Campground was, we visited and just fell in love with it, became seasonal campers the same day. Love the  beautiful pool and landscaping, peaceful surroundings and spacious sites. The devoted staff are wonderful and have a fabulous fireworks display.”

Heather & Mike

“Our family has been camping for the past 18 years. When we started out in 1998 our daughter was 9 yrs old, we raised her up camping at a family owned campground in Berks County which we loved. The campground was later sold to a corporation, and would never be the same to our family. We always dreamed of having our daughter’s family camp along side of us, so we searched and found Hidden Acres Campground. YES, you guessed it, another family owned campground in Chester County. The entire family welcomed us with open arms and bright smiles. We would soon grow to love Alfred and Hilda, Gary and Elaine, along with the staff. We started to get settled in, met new friends, and loved being camping again! Our daughter went off to college, got married and hoped to start a family of her own some day. The first time she visited, she hugged and kissed me and said “Mom, I love it here. I can just tell this is going to be just like when I was growing up camping.” Additional time passed and we got the greatest news….we were going to be grandparents. Now our granddaughter is 2-1/2 yrs old, and she just loves coming camping at Hidden Acres Campground. We look forward to making many more fond loving memories tucked away in the woods of Hidden Acres Campground.”

Jen & Keith

“After being a seasonal camper at another campground for the last 7 years, we decided it was time for something different. Friends of ours were camping at Hidden Acres Campground in Coatesville PA over the 4th of July, so we decided to give it a try. I called and was surprised that there was one spot left where the others were camping, so I booked.

Check-in was very smooth, professional and friendly. We were given a packet containing the campground rules, a list of all activities and a map of the campground. Navigating a 40 foot 5th wheel in some of these older campgrounds can be challenging, but the owner made a route suggestion to our site that was spot on.

Every one of the 4 families in our group had a great time and enjoyed their stay. Its refreshing to know there are still family owned and operated campgrounds with rules that are enforced so that everyone can have a relaxing camping experience.

Overall our first camp at Hidden Acres Campground met and exceeded our expectations. We even decided to add an extra day to our trip, and also booked for next 4th of July.

Yes, well be back!”
